Due to the failure of the DVSA to cope with demand driving test appointments are rarely available at Uxbridge (London) driving test centre.

When you book one of our intensive driving courses our dedicated fast track driving test team can knock weeks off your wait for a practical driving test.

If there are no suitable tests available MyDrivingInstructor.co.uk will do one of the following

• Book an available driving test appointment and suggest an alternative course start date for your approval
• Book a test at any test centre with available appointments. We will then look for a more suitable cancellation appointment at a test centre near you for, or as near as possible to, the end of your course.
• MyDrivingInstructor.co.uk may set up an automated cancellation search on your behalf with a third party provider providing both you and your instructor with full access details
• Where a test has not been arranged for the last afternoon of the course the course will commence on the date agreed. All or part of the last day may be held in reserve for the test, so you are in a good position to take advantage of any short notice cancellations.

The driving test centre at Uxbridge will be temporarily closed for car tests from Friday 5 February so that refurbishment work can take place.Car tests will be carried out at Slough. This will be from 8 February until 5 March 2021. We have emailed anyone with a test booked during this time to let them know about the new location.Mod 1 & 2 motorcycle tests will continue to be taken from Uxbridge, however at a reduced service. MMA will not be available on Saturday 13th, 20th & 27th February. Car testing will resume at the normal location at Unit 7, Trade City Business Park, Off Cowley Mill Road on 8 March 2021.
